NIM and PCS can provide: Machine Work, Sheet Metal Services,
Special Projects, Repair Services, Certified Welding, Engineering
Services, Project Design and Plant Maintenance.
Machine Work: North Industrial Machine is equipped with Lathes
(Long Bed and Short), CNC Machining Centers, Milling Machines,
Presses (Hydraulic and Manual) and Grinders. We offer precision
machining with over 50 years experience in the Textile and
Manufacturing Industry.
Sheet Metal Services: North Industrial Machine is equipped with a
Mechanical Shear (10' Shearing Capacity), Sheet Metal Breaks
(Mechanical and Manual), Sheet Metal Rollers (Mechanical and
Manual) and Iron Workers. We have experienced sheet metal
fabricators on staff. We stock a wide variety of Mild Steel, Aluminum,
Galvanized and Stainless Steel Sheets varying in size depending
upon the job.
Special Projects: North Industrial Machine can assist in any special
projects that you might have. Ranging from (1) Part to several
hundred. We can assist in the development and application of almost
any project.
Repair Services: North Industrial Machine has Certified Welders on
staff to assist in any maintenance repairs to industrial facilities that
may be necessary.
Engineering Services: North Industrial Machine has the latest in
software technology, from BobCad-Cam, Vector Works and auto cad
we can assist with engineering drawings for special parts or
projects. We have trained engineers specializing in this software to
help you or your company.
Plant Maintenance: We have a well trained and experienced staff of
Millwrights, Industrial Mechanics, Certified Welders, Electricians,
Engineers, and Trained Assistants.
