We also offer heavy industrial fabrication and heavy machining services which adds value to our construction services.

This includes project management expertise during the most important phase of a capital project: the pre-construction phase. NIM works hand in hand with your preferred OEM to ensure that your scheduling, and budgetary goals are met from the very onset of a capital project. NIM can assist in the E decision-making process of the selection of an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). We can manage/self-perform the entire construction process and manage/self-perform the installation of the equipment to meet your capital project expansion needs. If subcontractors are required for certain phases of a project, NIM can manage and coordinate this set up as well.
