Joshua Winburn
Sr. Vice President, Capital Projects
Mr. Winburn began his career in the Nuclear Power industry in 2010 for Duke Energy (formerly Progress Energy), holding positions in Front-line management, software development, and project management. In 2023, Mr. Winburn joined the North Industrial family as a project manager, focusing on self-performing capital projects. In March of 2024, he was appointed Sr. Vice President of Capital Projects, overseeing all of construction operations of North Industrial. Mr. Winburn was also elected as a voting member of North Industrial’s Executive Team.

Shane Polson
Vice President, Machining & Fabrication
Mr. Polson began his career with North Industrial in 2018 as a site supervisor. Working his way through project management, Mr. Polson was promoted to oversee the field service division in 2021. He was later moved into a sales/corporate partnerships role in February of 2023. He was further promoted to Vice President of Machining and Fabrication in March of 2024. Mr. Polson was elected as a voting member of North Industrial’s Executive Team.

Keri Hancock
Vice President, Operations
Mrs. Hancock began her career in finance in 2006 as a Teller, Personal Banker and Lending Assistance. She joined the North Industrial family of companies in 2015 as an Account Manager for their Darlington location. In 2017, she was accepted to Clemson University Masters of Human Resource Development department. She was promoted to Director of Human Resources for North Industrial, and assumed the role of Accounts Payable. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations and appointed to the Executive Team for North Industrial.

Daniel Johnson
Vice President, Business Intelligence/Analytics
Mr. Johnson began his career in January of 2022, as a business intern. In the summer of 2022, he was hired on full-time in corporate, working and learning the ropes of the business, focusing on capital project procurement. He enrolled at Clemson University in the fall of 2022, studying for a master’s in business administration with a concentration in business analytics. In March of 2024, Mr. Johnson was appointed Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics. He was also elected as a voting member of North Industrial’s Executive Team, non-voting member to North Industrial’s Board of Directors, and designated Secretary to both.
